Recipe for Orange Fluff

What You Need

1 package orange jello gelatin 6 ounce 2 ½ cups boiling water 1 can crushed pineapple 13.5 ounce 1 cans thawed orange juice 6 ounce 2 cans drained mandarin oranges 11 ounce 1 package lemon jello instant pudding 3 ¾ ounce 1 cup milk 1 cup whipped topping

How to Make It

Using a large mixing bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in the boiling water and mix well. Add the pineapple and juice and then add the orange juice. Stir to mix well and then place in the refrigerator to chill until it is partially set. After becoming partially set, remove from refrigerator and then fold in the oranges.

Pour this gelatin composition into a 13x9x2 inch dish and then return to the refrigerator to chill until it is firm.

Using a medium size mixing bowl add the milk and lemon pudding. Beat until flat and then fold in the whipped topping.

Spread this pudding topping over the congealed oranges and gelatin evenly. Return the sweetmeat to the refrigerator to chill overnight or for at least 3 to 4 hours before serving. You might like to ornament with some grated cheddar cheese to dress it up a bit before serving to your family, friends, or guests.

Recipe for Mandarin Orange Fluff

What You Need

1 large package jello vanilla pudding mix 1 large package jello orange gelatin 4 cups boiling water 2 cups drained mandarin oranges 1 ½ packaging whipped topping 16 ounce

How to Make It

Using a large saucepan, you will add the water to boil, and then stir in the vanilla pudding and orange gelatin. After boiling, sacrifice heat and stir permanently while cooking until thick in consistency.

Place this composition in the refrigerator overnight. remove the next day and using an galvanic mixer you will beat the composition at a medium to low setting.

Add the whipped topping and beat for a few minutes before draining the mandarin oranges and then folding them into the fluff mixture.

Pour or spoon this fluff composition into sweetmeat dishes for serving and then place in the refrigerator overnight to chill until you are ready to serve.
